Derwin James likely out Week 4

The Chargers list S Derwin James (hamstring) as doubtful for Sunday's game against the Raiders. The team has also rule backup S JT Woods out. That seems to leave second-year S Raheem Layne as the fill-in. Layne has played just 27 total snaps so far in the NFL. We’re not projecting him for Week 4.
