Eagles RB Miles Sanders (ankle) was upgraded to full participation in Thursday's practice. He's on track to play vs. the Jets this weekend. RBs Boston Scott (illness) and Jordan Howard (knee) have yet to practice this week. Howard will likely miss Sunday's game.
