Running backs had a rough year in 2015. So did 2016 give us a rebound or more of the same?

We'll touch on that today, including a check on some of the RBs who helped win MFL10 leagues most often.

Then we'll dig further into the RBs that really helped to shape our season -- focusing on the top 24. Who emerged as stars in not only the season just completed, but for 2017 and perhaps beyond? Who got some help in reaching fantasy-starter level? And who will we just look back on as a blip?

And what about some of the frustrating backfields that couldn't place any single player among that group? Philly, Denver, Detroit and Washington gave us frustration and -- at times -- big value. What's the early read on them for 2017?

Listen in and then tell us your biggest surprises, disappointments and other RB stories from 2016 in the comments below.
