Panthers RB Chuba Hubbard (ankle) is out for this weekend's game vs. Atlanta. So much for that ankle injury being minor. Interim HC Steve Wilks said Friday that undrafted rookie RB Raheem Blackshear will have an increased role this week, but we're expecting Foreman to handle most of the backfield work.
