Cedric Tillman Still Out Thursday

Browns WR Cedric Tillman (concussion) remained sidelined for Thursday's practice. He's now a long shot to be cleared in time for this weekend's game vs. the Steelers. Michael Woods finished third among Cleveland WRs in routes last week, catching three of five targets for 43 yards. He'd be a desperation Week 14 fantasy play. Tillman's absence leaves extra targets for Jerry Jeudy, Elijah Moore, and David Njoku.
