Colts WR Alec Pierce (concussion) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice. He practiced early last week but was sidelined on Friday and ruled out for the Raiders game. Pierce should be back for Sunday's game against the Cardinals and step back in as Indianapolis' No. 2 WR. He averaged 3.0 catches and 57 yards over the first three games of the season.
