Carson Schwesinger Could Be Out a While

Browns LB Carson Schwesinger left Sunday's loss to the Patriots in the fourth quarter with what's believed to be a high ankle sprain, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.

        What They're Saying

Rapoport: "He'll have an MRI, but those are typically 4-6 week injuries. He left the locker room in a boot."

Confirmation of the injury would remove easily the best player from a shallow Browns LB corps. Devin Bush, Mohamoud Diabate, and Jerome Baker look like the next three.

We'll see whether Cleveland adds anyone, with a Week 9 bye to assess.
