Keaton Mitchell carried four times for 31 yards in Sunday's win over the Vikings, ranking second among Baltimore RBs in rushing work. Justice Hill followed with just one carry, producing a 1-yard TD in the middle of the third quarter. Derrick Henry, of course, dominated ground work with 20 rushes for 75 yards. Henry also led the backfield receiving against Minnesota, catching all three of his targets for 9 yards. Hill followed him in that area, running seven pass routes to Henry's 18 and catching one of two targets for 12 yards.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
This marked the third straight game in which Mitchell carried more than Hill, but he played just five total snaps vs. Hill's 19.
That followed a Week 9 contest in which Mitchell played just one fewer snap (11-10) than Hill and did draw some passing-down work. But that Miami game stands as the outlier in the snap gap between the part-time RBs.
Baltimore would almost certainly split work between them rather than ride either guy as a lead type if Henry were to go down. That cuts into the handcuff value in either player.
Hill still looks like the better fantasy bet in that scenario, though, thanks to his superior receiving usage.
Dynasty Impact
Mitchell deserves some mild interest in dynasty. He'll be a restricted free agent after this season, while Henry's signed through 2027 and Hill through 2026.
We'll see, first, whether the Ravens want to keep Mitchell, which seems likely at what will be a modest price.
Henry turns 32 in January, making retirement a possibility at any point. The final year on Hill's contract also looks cuttable, if Baltimore decides to move on from him and/or wants to save cap space.
Ultimately, though, Mitchell looks more likely to remain a complementary player (5'8, 190 pounds) than a backfield leader. So don't overrate the upside.
