Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson busted off 147 yards and 2 TDs on 14 attempts in Sunday’s win over Tampa Bay. He tallied chunk gains of 69 and 55 yards.
What They're Saying
Henderson credited the work of his O-line after the win.
"They opened it up really [well]. My biggest thing is to be decisive and hit it once I see it," he said. "I thank the guys up front for taking care of the dirty work."

New England entered the game without Rhamondre Stevenson, who also sat out Week 9. Then, in the first half, backup RB Terrell Jennings left with a knee injury and didn't return.
That solidified Henderson's role, as he lost out on only one touch to third-stringer D'Ernest Johnson.
Henderson's 55-yarder came right up the gut. He burst through the hole and outran the Tampa Bay defense for six. On the 69-yarder, he took a pitch and bounced off a would-be tackler before again outrunning the defense to the end zone.
Now, it wasn't all gravy for the rookie. He was stopped for a gain of one yard or fewer on eight of his attempts. That includes a pair of goal line carries where he was stuffed.
Overall, though, Henderson certainly flashed the big-play ability that made him an appealing college prospect. We'll see how this backfield shakes out once Stevenson returns. But Henderson's current form suggests he'll at least stick around as a weekly Flex.
Next up? A Thursday night matchup with a depleted Jets defense.
