Bears WR Rome Odunze managed just 2 receptions for 41 yards in Sunday's win over the Vikings. He led the team with six targets, but two other Bears drew five looks, with a teammate at four, and two more getting three targets.
2025 Fantasy Football Impact
Odunze's five games since the Week 5 bye show his volatility. Check out these receiving lines, starting with Week 6:
- 2-32 on five targets
- 2-31 on six targets
- 7-114 on 10 targets
- nothin' on three targets
- 6-86 on 10 targets
- 2-41 on six targets
That's not just volatile; it's more bad than good across a six-game span -- for the guy who's supposed to be the team's top WR.
Odunze's strong outings against the Giants and Ravens show that upside remain within that volatility, and that makes him a usable fantasy asset. But the downside of that volatility is exactly why we highlighted him among our Week 11 Trade Targets.
Exacerbating the issue is the lackluster passing of QB Caleb Williams (50% completions Sunday against the Vikings) and Chicago's rushing lean since the bye.
Odunze remains a sell, though you'll probably have a tougher time getting a good price this week vs. last.
Next comes a Pittsburgh defense that has been strongly positive for WR scoring on the season but limited the Bengals to 12 points and less than 300 yards Sunday.
