Alvin Kamara Has MCL Sprain

Saints RB Alvin Kamara suffered an MCL sprain in Sunday's loss to the Falcons, according to New Orleans Football's Nick Underhill. The severity of the sprain will determine how long Kamara will be sidelined. "He could take a little time, but nothing that's super serious or threatening long term," Underhill writes. "Hard to know how long. Alvin and his team often beat timelines." We should learn more about Kamara's injury over the next day or two, but consider him more likely than not to miss Week 13's game against the Dolphins. Devin Neal will take over as the Saints' lead back if Kamara misses time. He's far from an exciting fantasy option but could provide RB3-level production.
