Raiders RB Josh Jacobs (ankle) is active for tonight's game against the Chargers. It'll be his first action since Week 1. Jacobs remained limited in practice all week, and HC Jon Gruden hinted that RB Peyton Barber might still be heavily involved even with Jacobs back.
