McKenzie leaves for concussion eval

Bills WR Isaiah McKenzie left in the 3rd quarter of Sunday's game against the Ravens to be evaluated for a concussion. He could be seen running to the locker room by himself. We'll see about the results. NFL teams are sure to err on the side of caution for at least the rest of this week's games, given the Tua Tagovailoa fallout.
