Titans WR DeAndre Hopkins (ankle) is active for today’s game vs. the Browns. He went from a full practice on Wednesday to a limited practice on Thursday and then no practice on Friday. So it’s safe to assume that Hopkins is nowhere near 100% today. He managed just four catches for 40 scoreless yards playing through this ankle injury last week.
