Packers TE Tucker Kraft (pectoral) passed his physical and has been activated from the PUP list. He'd been sidelined since suffering a pectoral injury in the spring.
Kraft missed valuable reps this spring and early in camp and is likely firmly behind TE Luke Musgrave on the depth chart right now. But Kraft still has another month before Week 1 to make up ground.
He notably beat Musgrave last year in both yards per target and Pro Football Focus receiving grade. (Musgrave edged Kraft 1.28 to 1.20 in yards per route.)
Whoever is operating as Green Bay's lead TE could have TE1 fantasy upside. Let's just hope this doesn't turn into a pure committee that renders both guys unreliable.
Kraft has sunk all the way to TE36 in recent ADP. We'll see how much that climbs now that he's back on the field. But Kraft is worth a look anywhere outside the position's top 25.
