Mike Tomlin: Jaylen Warren's Hamstring Injury Not Long Term

Steelers HC Mike Tomlin said Tuesday that RB Jaylen Warren will be sidelined this week but that his hamstring injury is "not anything that's a long-term concern."

2024 Fantasy Football Impact

NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reported on Sunday that Warren's injury was expected to cost him "multiple weeks." This sound bite from Tomlin feels a bit more optimistic. It sounds like the team believes Warren has a good chance to be ready for Week 1, which is still a little less than three weeks away.

We'll see if Warren gets back on the practice field next week. If you're drafting in the meantime, Warren is still worth considering in RB3 territory.
