Christian McCaffrey Limited Wednesday

49ers RB Christian McCaffrey (calf, Achilles) was limited in Wednesday's practice. He was limited all three days last week before winding up inactive for the Jets game. HC Kyle Shanahan has labeled McCaffrey "day-to-day," but both ESPN's Adam Schefter and NFL Network's Ian Rapoport have suggested that McCaffrey is unlikely to play vs. the Vikings this weekend. We're projecting him out for Week 2 for now and will continue to keep you updated on his status.
