Packers QB Jordan Love said Wednesday that he's "hopeful" to play vs. the Titans this weekend, according to The Athletic's Matt Schneidman. Love added that he's waiting to see how his injured knee progresses throughout the week.

Players tend to be (overly) hopeful about their return timelines, so take this one with a grain of salt. It's at least better than Love ruling himself out for Week 3.

Love participated in Wednesday's practice, although he'll likely be listed as limited when we get the official report later.

For now, we're still projecting QB Malik Willis to start Sunday's game vs. Tennessee. But we'll keep you updated on Love's status. His return would be excellent news for all of Green Bay's pass catchers.
