Cordarrelle Patterson Out, Jaylen Warren Doubtful For Week 6

Steelers HC Mike Tomlin ruled RB Cordarrelle Patterson (ankle) out and labeled RB Jaylen Warren (knee) doubtful for Sunday's game vs. the Raiders. Making those proclamations so early in the week doesn't bode well for either guy's availability for Week 7. The Steelers have a Week 9 bye, and it's possible we don't see either guy before then. RB Najee Harris will again dominate backfield touches for Pittsburgh this weekend. He's tallied 27 carries and eight targets over the last two weeks, although it hasn't resulted in many fantasy points.
