Kyren Williams Held in Check

Rams RB Kyren Williams rushed 15 times for 62 yards and caught 5 balls for 20 yards in Monday’s loss to Miami. After notching a seven-game scoring streak to open the year, Williams has now gone two straight matchups without a TD.

2024 Fantasy Football Impact

Williams only saw one red zone carry – a 3rd and 1 from Miami’s 15. So scoring chances weren’t readily available against a surprisingly strong Miami defense.

Fantasy managers should be pleased with the 20 total touches, especially considering some key events. Williams lost a first half fumble, while the Rams faced a 20-9 fourth quarter deficit.

Still, Blake Corum remained just a breather back. He handled only 2 carries, which came on the same first quarter drive. Corum drew 1 target on 2 routes run.

Look for Williams to rebound this week against New England. The Pats are allowing the third-most rush yards to enemy RBs.
