Matthew Stafford Succumbs to Faulty Blocking

Rams QB Matthew Stafford threw for an OK 243 yards and 2 TDs in Sunday night's loss to the Eagles. But one of those came in garbage time, and he took a season-high-tying 5 sacks. That marks two games of 4+ sacks among the past three.

Stafford has also tossed 2+ TD passes in four of the past five games.

Philly was the worst remaining QB matchup on the schedule. But the rest of the group still amounts to the eighth-worst QB schedule.

Stafford can ultimately stick around as a platoon option but doesn't appear likely to play a key role in determining fantasy leagues.
