Allen Lazard On Track For Week 14 Return

Jets WR Allen Lazard (chest) was designated to return from IR and put in a full practice on Wednesday. He should be back as New York's No. 3 WR vs. the Dolphins this weekend. But, even with six teams on bye this week, Lazard is not a recommended fantasy start.
