"Optimism" Jaylen Waddle Plays Week 3

There's "optimism" that Dolphins WR Jaylen Waddle (shoulder) will be able to play vs. the Bills on Thursday night, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Waddle is listed as questionable after being limited in practice on Tuesday and Wednesday. "Waddle will test his shoulder pregame" before a final decision is made, Rapoport adds. "They hope he is able to go, but no guarantees early on." We'll get Miami's inactives around 7 pm ET tonight. Waddle will carry elevated risk in fantasy lineups if he does suit up.
