Xavier Worthy Puts In Full Practice Wednesday

Chiefs WR Xavier Worthy (shoulder) put in a full practice on Wednesday for the first time since going down in Week 1. That should have him on track to return for Sunday's showdown with the Ravens. Worthy will likely be playing with a harness on that shoulder that will restrict mobility, and his snaps could be limited. We'll look for more clues about his Week 4 usage, but he shapes up as a risk/reward WR3 or Flex.
