Rams WR Davante Adams is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the 49ers with a back injury. He immediately pulled up in the middle of a route and grabbed at his lower left back early in the fourth quarter. Adams appeared to be trying to re-enter the game a few plays later but was ultimately kept on the sidelines. We'll update his status when we know more.
