Jaguars WR Brian Thomas Jr. (ankle) is off the final Week 13 injury report. He practiced all week, including full workouts on Thursday and Friday. Thomas will play against the Titans on Sunday for the first time since Week 9. He was in the midst of a disappointing season before the high-ankle sprain and should be treated as no more than a WR3 in Week 13.
