Vikings RB Cam Akers is listed as questionable for Monday night's game vs. the Rams after missing Saturday's practice with an illness. Players rarely miss games with illnesses, but Akers' status will be worth watching. His absence would leave Ty Chandler as Minnesota's lead back -- and likely mean more volume for RB Aaron Jones.

Vikings RB Aaron Jones (hamstring) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Lions. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday. NFL Network’s Ian Rapoport called Jones “likely” to play on Friday morning. We’ll get Minnesota’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. Jones will be tough to leave out of fantasy lineups if he ends up playing.

Jones has been awesome this season, averaging 80 rushing yards and 36 receiving yards per game. The hamstring adds some risk to his Week 7 outlook, though. And Jones faces a tough Lions run defense that's limited RBs to just 3.6 yards per carry this year.
