The Dolphins have placed TE Darren Waller on IR for the pectoral strain that knocked him out of Sunday's loss to the Browns. That means he'll miss at least the next four games, a span that runs right into Miami's Week 12 bye.

Dolphins TE Darren Waller is considered "week to week" with a strained pectoral suffered in the Week 7 loss to the Browns, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. It's relatively good news considering a torn pec would have ended Waller's season. We'll look for a more concrete timetable for Waller's return, but he's worth keeping stashed on fantasy benches in most leagues, unless you have another locked-in top-10 TE rostered. Miami doesn't have a one-for-one replacement for Waller, so his absence should push more targets toward RB De'Von Achane and WR Jaylen Waddle.

Dolphins TE Darren Waller suffered a pectoral injury in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Browns and is questionable to return. He wasn't targeted before exiting. We'll update his status when we know more.
