This is the third edge player Philadelphia has added since the start of the season, but Phillips should make a much bigger impact than Za'Darius Smith (who has since retired) or Brandon Graham (who recently came out of retirement).

Dolphins LB Tyrel Dodson has cleared the concussion protocol and will play Sunday against the Browns, according to David Furones of the Orlando Sentinel. Dodson missed last week's game after suffering the concussion the week prior, but he put in full practices all this week. Dodson has jumped back up our Week 7 LB rankings and belongs in IDP lineups in most cases.
