Nico Collins Designated To Return

Texans WR Nico Collins (hamstring) has been designated to return from IR. That puts him in line to practice on Friday. It remains unclear if the Texans will play Collins against the Lions on Sunday night off a four-game layoff with just one practice under his belt. We'll keep you updated on the situation.
