Fun With Fantasy Football Team Names

By Jared Smola | Updated on Tue, May 23 2023 5:27 PM UTC
by Kevin English It's that time of year again.  The DraftSharks.com staff is finished with our 2011 fantasy football player rankings.  And so we turn for a moment to other vital matters -- like hunting for ridiculous fantasy football team names. We've scoured Google to assemble a list of names you can consider for your fantasy squad. But first, let's take a look back at a couple of clever (and hilarious) team names Lenny Pappano created last summer… "Two Flush Dump" (the toilet in our office needs some help) "Golden Tate's Donuts" (so good, they're worth robbing the place) "Bill's Wang" (in honor of the Bills' historic draft pick) And now, on to the newbies… "D'Brickasaurus Rex" "Mel Kiper's Mousse" "2 Girls, 1 Cutler" "Al Davis' Medicine Cabinet" "Battlestar Gramatica "Shanahan-Me-Downs" "Golden Tate Bridge" "The Tale of Scobee Dick" And finally…my favorite… "Bill Belichick's Video Rentals" … Zing! There you have it. Make sure to kill some time at work in the next few weeks and come up with your own list. And please, share a few with us at info@draftsharks.com.  We'll post the best ones below… Dezzie Does Dallas Schaub Shank Redemption Revis and Butthead Texas Chainsaw Massaquoi Plaxidently Shot Myself Peyton's Compact Disk Club CJ2Pay Romo Witten His Pants Pimpin Aint Breesy Show Me Your TDs I'm Harvin a Headache
