The 49ers have promoted RB Marlon Mack from the practice squad. San Francisco has already lost RBs Elijah Mitchell and Ty Davis-Price to multi-week injuries. Jeff Wilson will open Week 3's game vs. the Broncos as the lead back, with Mack and rookie Jordan Mason behind him.
