Justin Herbert Back On The Practice Field

Chargers QB Justin Herbert (foot) was on the field for Monday's practice. The Athletic's Daniel Popper posted video of Herbert taking a couple of half-speed dropbacks and launching deep balls.

        2024 Fantasy Football Impact

It's tough to say whether Herbert's foot is still an issue still in the brief video clip. We'll look for more information on how much he did in Monday's practice.

But that fact that he's on the field at all with Week 1 still three weeks away is positive news. At this point, Herbert seems like a virtual lock to be ready for the season opener. The question now is how big a hindrance the foot will be.

        Projected ADP Movement

Herbert's ADP has sunk by only a few spots since we learned of this foot injury on August 1. So don't expect him to climb much, if at all, on this latest news.

Herbert is fine at his current QB16 ADP but not a priority target.
