Joe Mixon Out For Week 3

Texans RB Joe Mixon (ankle) has been downgraded to out for Sunday's game vs. the Vikings. He didn't practice all week and isn't a lock to be back for Week 4. With RB Dameon Pierce (hamstring) also out, Houston elevated RB J.J. Taylor from the practice squad.
