But he said after Sunday's finale that he "should be ready" for the regular-season opener, according to the Denver Gazette. Jones returned to practice last week after sustaining his injury on the first day of camp.

He posted just 5 tackles (4 solo) in the Week 13 win over Washington but added a QB hit. That came on Jones' only pass-rushing attempt so far this season, though.
