Playing Time Tight Among Seahawks WRs

        3:42pm UTC 11/10/25

Sunday gave us a tough first game from which to judge the playing-time split among Seattle's top three WRs. Rashid Shaheed assumed the No. 3 role in his first game with the team, just five days after arriving in trade. But he played just five fewer snaps than Jaxon Smith-Njigba and ran just three fewer routes. Cooper Kupp -- in his return from missing Week 9 with injury -- led the trio in snaps. Total pass routes went:

        • JSN -- 11
        • Kupp -- 9
        • Shaheed -- 8

Cooper Kupp Active, Tory Horton INACTIVE

        7:35pm UTC 11/9/25

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) is active for today’s game vs. the Cardinals. He was a full-go in Friday’s practice. Kupp isn’t a viable Week 10 fantasy starter, but we’ll be keeping a close eye on how snaps and routes are divvied up between him and WR Rashid Shaheed. WR Tory Horton (groin, shin) is inactive, as expected.

Cooper Kupp On Track To Play Week 10

        12:39pm UTC 11/9/25

ESPN's Jeremy Fowler reports that Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is expected to play vs. the Cardinals this afternoon. NFL Network's Ian Rapoport is a little less sure. Kupp "has a better shot of playing this week than last week," Rapoport writes. "It's still up in the air, but he's got a chance." Kupp was a full participant in Friday's practice, so we'd be a little surprised if he didn't play. He'd come with elevated risk in fantasy lineups, though, and wasn't even putting up good numbers when healthy. But Kupp's availability could put a cap on WR Rashid Shaheed's snaps in his Seattle debut. We'll be keeping a close eye on the WR usage here.

Cooper Kupp Questionable, Tory Horton Doubtful For Week 10

        1:16pm UTC 11/8/25

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Cardinals. He was a full participant in Friday’s practice, so we’re expecting him to play. WR Tory Horton, meanwhile, is listed as doubtful after missing practice on Thursday and Friday with a shin injury. That’ll leave Jaxon Smith-Njigba, Kupp, and the newly acquired Rashid Shaheed as Seattle’s top three WRs against Arizona.

        Cooper Kupp Out Wednesday

        2:46am UTC 11/6/25

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring, heel) did not practice on Wednesday. He's droppable from fantasy rosters after Seattle added WR Rashid Shaheed at the trade deadline, but we are still expecting a healthy Kupp to play plenty of snaps for his blocking prowess. His absence vs. the Cardinals this weekend would leave Shaheed and Tory Horton as the clear No. 2 and 3 WRs behind Jaxon Smith-Njigba.

        Cooper Kupp INACTIVE

        11:54pm UTC 11/2/25

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (heel, hamstring) is inactive for tonight’s game vs. the Commanders. He could miss multiple games after hurting his hamstring in Thursday’s practice. WR Tory Horton and TEs A.J. Barner and Elijah Arroyo are candidates for more targets tonight, but all three still qualify as fliers in fantasy lineups.

Cooper Kupp "Unlikely" To Play Week 9

        12:37pm UTC 11/2/25

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (hamstring) is "unlikely" to play vs. the Commanders tonight, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. That's not a surprise after Kupp hurt his hamstring in Thursday's practice. He's probably more likely to miss multiple games than 0, but we'll keep tabs on his status next week. Seattle already ruled out WRs Jake Bobo and Dareke Young for Week 9, elevating WRs Ricky White and Cody White from the practice squad. Tory Horton figures to operate the No. 2 WR with Kupp out in Washington, while TEs A.J. Barner and Elijah Arroyo could also see bigger roles in the passing game. All three guys still fall short of reliable fantasy value, though. WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba should continue to dominate targets.

Cooper Kupp Questionable For Week 9

        1:29am UTC 11/1/25

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp (heel, hamstring) is listed as questionable for Sunday night’s game vs. the Commanders. He injured his hamstring on Thursday and did not practice on Friday. We’re not expecting Kupp to play against Washington but will look for further updates on his status. His absence would likely mean a boost in snaps for rookie WR Tory Horton, who’s flashed on limited playing time this season. Horton is worth stashing in case Kupp is looking at an extended absence, but he’d be tough to trust in Week 9 fantasy lineups.

Cooper Kupp Limited Thursday With Hamstring

        12:12am UTC 10/31/25

Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp was on Wednesday's injury report with a heel but put in a full practice. He was downgraded to limited on Thursday and is now listed with heel and hamstring issues. It looks like the hamstring popped up during today's practice, leaving Kupp uncertain for Sunday night's game vs. the Commanders. His absence would likely mean a boost in snaps for rookie WR Tory Horton. We'll update Kupp's status tomorrow.

Cooper Kupp Worse Than Irrelevant vs. Houston

        12:06pm UTC 10/21/25

Roughly no one expected Seahawks WR Cooper Kupp to deliver a positive fantasy outing in Monday night's matchup with the difficult Houston pass defense. But the veteran wideout made sure we all took notice. Kupp did gobble up 32 yards with his first catch of the game, opening Seattle's third possession, which eventually produced a TD. But Kupp wouldn't draw another official target. (He did have one negated by penalty.) And he did register the game's worst passer rating by tossing an INT on a first-down trick play in the middle of the second quarter.

Cooper Kupp Off to Good Start in Witness Protection

        12:15pm UTC 9/8/25

WR Cooper Kupp allegedly made his Seahawks debut in Sunday's loss to the 49ers, but it was difficult to find proof of that. Kupp actually led Seattle wideouts in playing time (88% of the offensive snaps) and routes (100% participation, according to Pro Football Focus). But the veteran drew just three targets among Sam Darnold's 23 attempts. Kupp caught two of those for 15 yards.

Seahawks Might Be Irrational About How Much Cooper Kupp Has Left

        12:08am UTC 3/15/25

The Seahawks have agreed to a three-year, $45 million deal with WR Cooper Kupp. We don't yet know how much of that's guaranteed, and these contracts often include "outs" that wind up not making them worth their full reported value -- especially for older players. But Kupp wound up getting the annual average he was reportedly searching for, and thatmultiple reports said took him out of consideration for multiple teams.

        Rams Dump Cooper Kupp

        3:33pm UTC 3/12/25

The Rams are releasing WR Cooper Kupp, NFL Network's Tom Pelissero reports. Los Angeles spent the past month trying to trade Kupp but found no takers at the asking price. That's not a surprise considering:

        1. Kupp faded down the stretch last year, totaling just 10 catches for 143 scoreless yards over his final five games (including playoffs).
        2. He was owed $29.7 million this year.
