Jalen Nailor Fantasy Football News | Shark Bites

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison has been ruled out with a right ankle injury for Week 2. Addison injured his left ankle during training camp and dealt with that injury for most of camp. In Week 1, Addison injured his right ankle and did not practice all week.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 1 injury report. He was a full participant in Friday's practice. It all suggests that he'll be close to or at 100% for Sunday's opener vs. the Giants. That's good news for a Vikings offense that will be without TE T.J. Hockenson. Addison should see solid volume and is in the WR3 mix in this plus matchup. WR Jalen Nailor (ankle) is also off the final injury report.

Vikings WR Jordan Addison returned to practice Monday for the first time since spraining his left ankle in an Aug. 14 practice. We don't yet know just how much he participated, though we'll start getting those reports Wednesday, ahead of Sunday's season opener at the Giants.

Vikings WR K.J. Osborn (concussion) is out for today’s game vs. the Saints. He’s cleared the concussion protocol, but the team is opting to hold Osborn out. He should be back for Week 11. Osborn’s absence leaves Minnesota with WRs Jordan Addison, Brandon Powell, Trishton Jackson, N’Keal Harry, and Jalen Nailor. Addison is the only viable fantasy play.

Vikings QB Kirk Cousins threw for just 205 yards in Sunday's loss to the Packers, with 1 TD and 3 INTs. The lone TD went to WR Jalen Nailor from 47 yards out, helping him lead the team with 89 yards on 3 catches. TE T.J. Hockenson led the team with 12 targets, catching 7 for 59 yards. WR K.J. Osborn added a TD catch, but it came from QB Nick Mullens in garbage time. WR Justin Jefferson managed just 1 reception for 15 yards among 5 looks. Minnesota closes out the regular season with an upside matchup at Chicago.
