The Giants have agreed to a two-year deal with QB Jameis Winston. NFL Network reports that it's worth $8 million total, clear backup money at the position. FOX Sports' Jordan Schultz adds, however, that incentives could push it as high as $16 million. Winston spent last year with the Browns after four seasons with the Saints. He turned 31 in January.

Lock was not good vs. the Cowboys on Thanksgiving, averaging 5.6 yards per pass attempt with 0 TDs and a pick-six. He ran for 57 yards and a score, though. And the decision is defensible when QB Tommy DeVito is the other option. That, of course, doesn't make Lock a good fantasy play. He sits 24th in the Week 14 QB Rankings.

Taylor played reasonably well in relief of QB Tommy DeVito in Philadelphia on Monday, throwing for 133 yards, one TD, and one INT in the second half. He completed 64% of his passes at 7.4 yards per attempt with two TDs and 0 INTs in starts against the Bills and Commanders earlier this season. Taylor is just a low-end QB2 for Week 17, but he should bring more stability to the offense than DeVito.
