There's a wind advisory in effect in Cleveland until noon ET. The worst of it will be gone by kickoff, but we're still looking at winds around 20 mph with gusts of 30-35 for today's Dolphins-Browns game. There's also likely to be rain during this game. Ugly weather -- and certainly enough to impact the offenses. The over/under on this game has dropped from 39.5 on Thursday to 34.5. That's the lowest for any game this season. Expect both teams to lean more on the run and short-passing games. We'd avoid both QBs and Ks from this game. The Bengals are acquiring QB Joe Flacco from the Browns for a swap of late-round picks, according to multiple reports.

Update: ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that the Bengals "would like" Flacco to start this weekend's game vs. the Packers. "The veteran Flacco is expected to be a quick learner," Schefter adds. We'll keep an eye on the situation, but we'll project Flacco to get the start for now.
