Colts S Julian Blackmon will have surgery on his right shoulder, according to James Boyd of The Athletic. Blackmon reportedly tore the labrum in his right shoulder all the way back in Week 1. He missed the following game but then returned to play all but three snaps the rest of the way.

The matchup with Packers backup QB Malik Willis is driving the strength of this matchup for the Indy team defense more than any individual player.
