Colts S Julian Blackmon will have surgery on his right shoulder, according to James Boyd of The Athletic. Blackmon reportedly tore the labrum in his right shoulder all the way back in Week 1. He missed the following game but then returned to play all but three snaps the rest of the way.
DeForest Buckner (Back) Active vs. Packers
Colts DT DeForest Buckner (back) is active for today's game against the Packers.
