David Njoku Has Knee Injury

Browns TE David Njoku injured a knee in the Week 5 loss to the Commanders and had an MRI on Monday, HC Kevin Stefanski said. Stefanski didn't have any details on the results of that MRI. Njoku just returned from a Week 1 high-ankle sprain and is now dealing with a new lower-body injury. We'll look for more info on this latest ailment and track Njoku's practice participation this week.

NFL Network's Ian Rapoport reports that Browns TE David Njoku is feared to have suffered a high-ankle sprain in Sunday's loss to the Cowboys. That would likely mean multiple missed games. He'll undergo further testing Monday to confirm the diagnosis.

Browns TE David Njoku injured an ankle in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys. He's officially questionable to return. We'll update Njoku's status when we know more.
