The Atlanta Falcons entered Week 11 allowing the fewest passing yards in the league, but Carolina QB Bryce Young set a franchise record with 448 passing yards and threw 3 TDs to lead the Panthers to a 30-27 overtime win. Young overcame an early ankle injury to lead his team back from a 21-10 deficit to sweep the Falcons and hand Atlanta their fifth consecutive loss.

Young completed 31 of his 45 attempts and topped 200 passing yards for just the second time all season.
His first TD was a 7-yard strike to rookie WR Tetairoa McMillian to put the Panthers up 7-0. Carolina then gave up three rushing scores to the Falcons in the second quarter to fall behind 21-7.
In the third quarter, Young threw a perfect ball into the end zone that WR Xavier Legette hauled in for a 36-yard TD to pull Carolina to within five. Young was sacked on the failed 2-point conversion.
Young's third and final TD came with 1:35 remaining in the game to give the Panthers a brief 27-24 lead. That 12-yard TD again went to Tetairoa McMillian, who had a career-high 8 receptions for 130 yards. This was only the second game that McMillian found the end zone ,but the second time he hauled in multiple scores.
Atlanta, quarterbacked by backup Kirk Cousins, drive 60 yard in six plays to send the game into overtime.
The Falcons received the ball first in the extra period, but went three-and-out.
Young moved past Cam Newton (432 yards) on Carolina's second play in overtime, a 54-yard pass to TE Tommy Tremble. Four plays later, Ryan Fitzgerald kicked a 28-yard field goal to give the Panthers their sixth win of the season.
Despite the banner day, Young remains a low-range QB2 due to volume concerns. In Week 12, Carolina travels to San Francisco to take on a 49ers defense that has allowed the 10th-most fantasy points to QBs.
