Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) will practice this week, HC Aaron Glenn said Monday. Glenn wouldn't commit to Wilson playing vs. the Browns this weekend, but we expect him out there barring a setback. We'll keep you updated on Wilson's status throughout the week.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bengals. He’ll get a Week 9 bye and hopefully be back for Week 10. WR Josh Reynolds drew nine targets on a 26.5% target share with Wilson out last week – although it resulted in just three catches for 29 yards. Try to avoid Jets WRs in Week 8 fantasy lineups.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) did not practice on Wednesday. We're not expecting Wilson to return for this weekend's game vs. the Bengals but will keep you updated on his status. The Jets get a Week 9 bye.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Panthers. We’ll see if he can make it back for Week 8, but it’s worth noting that New York has a Week 9 bye. Wilson’s absence leaves Josh Reynolds, Tyler Johnson, Arian Smith, and Allen Lazard as New York’s top four WRs. That’s a situation to avoid. TE Mason Taylor is the favorite to lead the Jets in targets.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson (knee) is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game vs. the Panthers. He won’t play in that one, although we suppose being listed doubtful instead of out is good news for his chances of making it back for Week 8. Wilson's absence on Sunday leaves Josh Reynolds, Tyler Johnson, Arian Smith, and Allen Lazard as New York’s top four WRs. We wouldn’t mess with any of them in fantasy lineups. TE Mason Taylor is the favorite to lead the team in targets.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson has been diagnosed with a hyperextended knee and is expected to miss “a couple of weeks," a source tells ESPN's Adam Schefter. So fantasy owners should plan on Wilson missing the next two games vs. the Panthers and Bengals. The Jets then get a Week 9 bye, and Wilson should be back for Week 10.

Jets WR Garrett Wilson suffered a hip injury in Sunday's morning's loss to the Broncos, HC Aaron Glenn said afterward. Wilson was able to play through the issue but looked gimpy on multiple occasions. His status will be worth monitoring this coming week.

Garrett Wilson caught 10 of his 13 targets for 84 yards and a TD, but the Jets lost in Tampa as Chase McLaughlin booted a 36-yard field goal as time expired. The Jets took a 27-26 lead with 1:49 remaining in the game when Will McDonald blocked McLaughlin's 43-yard attempt, but QB Baker Mayfield engineered a 7-play, 48-yard drive to set up McLaughlin's game-winner.

Jets HC Aaron Glenn suggested Monday that QB Justin Fields (concussion) will need to be cleared to practice on Wednesday or Thursday to have a chance to start vs. the Buccaneers. “It’s hard for me as a coach once we get to Friday and you haven’t had any reps,” Glenn said. He added that the team needs to "build a plan that's suitable" for QB Tyrod Taylor. We'll see if Fields is able to get on the practice field by Thursday. But, for now, fantasy owners should work under the assumption that it'll be Taylor under center this weekend. Taylor doesn't bring the same rushing ability as Fields, especially at this point of his career. But he might be a slight upgrade as a passer.

QB Justin Fields delivered arguably the best game of his career, completing 16 of 22 passes for 218 yards with a TD and no INTs. He added 12 carries for 38 yards and two goal-line scores. Fields showed command of the offense, with OC Tanner Engstrand tailoring playcalling to his strengths through read options and play action.
