Malik Nabers Fantasy Football News | Shark Bites

Shark Bites are the latest fantasy football news & NFL updates. Draft Sharks has been in business since 1999. And when we started, redraft was the dominant form of fantasy football. Check out what we've learned about this most basic form of fantasy football along the way.

Giants WR Malik Nabers capped off the fantasy season with an incredible two-TD game. He caught seven of eight targets for 171 yards as the Giants beat the Colts. If the team upgrades the QB position, Nabers could be primed to become an elite fantasy WR in 2025 and will likely be drafted as such.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (toe) is active for today’s game vs. the Colts. It’s a new injury for the rookie, who only got in a limited practice on Friday. Between the toe and QB issues, Nabers checks in as a low-end WR2 in the Week 17 Rankings.

Giants WR Malik Nabers is expected to play despite being listed as Questionable with a toe injury according to Adam Schefter of ESPN

Giants WR Malik Nabers (toe) is listed as questionable for Sunday’s game vs. the Colts. He only got in a limited practice on Friday and called himself a gameday decision for this one. We’ll look for further updates on Nabers’ status and get New York’s inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. He'll obviously carry elevated risk in fantasy lineups if he ends up playing.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (toe) will miss practice again on Thursday, HC Brian Daboll said. “See where we’re at (Friday),” Daboll added. Nabers seems to be in real danger of missing this weekend's game vs. the Colts -- and will carry elevated risk in fantasy lineups if he does suit up. We'll update his status again tomorrow.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (toe) did not practice on Wednesday. It's a new injury for the rookie, who's battled groin and hip injuries recently. We'll see if Nabers gets back on the field tomorrow, ahead of Sunday's game vs. the Colts.

Giants WR Wan'Dale Robinson made 7 receptions for 62 yards among 12 targets in Sunday's loss to the Falcons. It was Robinson's most targets, receptions, and yards since Week 4. The numbers also nearly matched WR Malik Nabers, who caught seven balls for 68 yards among 14 targets.

Giants QB Drew Lock will start Sunday's game vs. the Falcons, HC Brian Daboll said. QB Tommy DeVito is in concussion protocol, while Tim Boyle ... is Tim Boyle. Lock hasn't been any good this year, completing 51% of his passes at 4.6 yards per attempt with 0 TDs and 2 INTs. He at least targeted WR Malik Nabers 23 times on a 28.4% share in his two full games. Nabers caught 13 of those passes for 148 yards. He remains a fine WR2 play this week. Lock should be nowhere near fantasy lineups.

Giants WR Malik Nabers caught 10-of-14 targets for 82 yards. He also had a TD from QB Tim Boyle in the fourth quarter. Nabers led the team in targets with WR Wan’Dale Robinson second on the team with nine.

QB Tommy DeVito will start for the Giants this week according to HC Brian Daboll. QB Drew Lock is currently in a walking boot due to a heel injury

Giants WR Malik Nabers (groin, hip) is active for today’s game vs. the Saints. He’ll be playing through a lingering groin issue and a hip injury he suffered in practice this week. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported this morning that Nabers would be in “more of a limited role" today. He’s down in WR3 territory in the Week 14 Rankings.

ESPN's Adam Schefter hears that Giants WR Malik Nabers "will try" to play vs. the Saints today. But he'll work out pre-game before a final determination is made. And it “would be more of a limited role" if he plays, a source tells Schefter. Nabers is dealing with both a lingering groin issue and a new hip injury he suffered in practice this week. Already more of a WR2 with New York's QB struggles, Nabers projects as a shaky WR3 on limited snaps this week.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (groin) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Saints. He got hurt on Thursday and then didn’t practice on Friday. We’ll look for further updates on Nabers’ status and get the Giants’ inactives around 11:30 am ET on Sunday. Consider him a risky WR2 if he ends up playing.

Giants HC Brian Daboll said Friday that WR Malik Nabers is dealing with a new hip injury that he suffered in Thursday's practice. He was listed on the injury report with a groin, which had us assuming that it was the same issue that he's been dealing with since college. Nabers had an MRI on the hip, according to Daboll, and won't practice on Friday. His availability for this weekend's game vs. the Saints is seemingly in legitimate question. We'll keep you updated on Nabers' status.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (groin) was added to the injury report and limited in practice on Thursday. This is presumably the same groin issue that popped up in Week 12 and that Nabers said he's been dealing with his college. He should be available for this weekend's game vs. the Saints, but we'll see how Nabers is listed on the final injury report tomorrow.

Giants WR Malik Nabers caught eight of those 13 targets for 69 yards. Lock didn’t show much more promise than any other Giants QB, throwing a pick six and running for a TD. Nabers’ talent earns him the targets, but inaccurate passes from poor QB play have continued to hold him back.

Giants QB Tommy DeVito (foreman) is inactive as the emergency third QB for today’s game vs. the Cowboys. QB Drew Lock gets the start in his place. Lock shouldn’t be anywhere near season-long fantasy lineups, although we are projecting him as a slight upgrade for WR Malik Nabers and the Giants passing game.

Giants QB Tommy DeVito completed 21 of 31 passes for 189 yards and no TDs. He also ran seven times for 32 yards. The Buccaneers defense was able to get pressure and DeVito was not accurate enough to overcome. WR Malik Nabers led the team with nine targets, but only caught six for 64 yards.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (groin) is active for today’s game vs. the Buccaneers. There have been no reports about his snaps being limited. The groin and QB Tommy DeVito add risk to his Week 12 fantasy profile. But Nabers would be tough to leave out of fantasy lineups against Tampa Bay’s 29th-ranked WR defense.

Giants WR Malik Nabers (groin) is expected to play vs. the Bucs today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Nabers did not practice on Friday and is listed as questionable. He's reportedly been dealing with this groin issue since college, though, and was confident on Friday that he'd be able to play in this one. We'll look for further updates on his status. But, at this point, Nabers would be tough to leave out of fantasy lineups against Tampa Bay's 29th-ranked WR defense.
