Best Week 11 Moves From Our Experts: Ride Joe Flacco’s Hot Streak

        Best Week 11 Moves

Whether you're playing redraft or dynasty, knowing what moves to make is crucial to success.

That's why we're having each of our fantasy football experts give you one move to take advantage of this week.

        Start Joe Flacco

        Jody Smith

        Headshot of Joe Flacco

Joe Burrow’s return window has opened, but he isn’t expected back for at least two more weeks. That keeps Flacco under center in a strong matchup against a Pittsburgh defense allowing the seventh-most fantasy points to QBs.

Before Cincinnati’s Week 10 bye, Flacco was red-hot. From Weeks 7-9, he averaged 345 passing yards and 3 TDs per game. The Bengals averaged 454.3 yards of offense and 37 points during that stretch.

That run included a Week 7 shootout against these Steelers, where Flacco completed 31 of 47 passes for 342 yards and three scores, finishing as the QB6.

The Steelers also allowed 360 yards and 3 TDs to Jordan Love in Week 8, then 342 yards and 2 TDs to Daniel Jones in Week 9. While they rebounded slightly last week against Justin Herbert, this remains a premium matchup.

Flacco is a strong bet for another QB1 finish in Week 11.

        Trade for Jameson Williams

        Jared Smola

        Headshot of Jameson Williams

This might be a “buy high” after Williams’ big Week 10. But I think he’s worth pursuing aggressively this week ahead of a big finish to the season.

HC Dan Campbell took over play calling for Detroit’s offense last week – and we got a ton of positive data points for Williams.

On a macro level, the Lions registered a positive pass rate over expectation for the first time this season. They also set season highs in percentage of pass plays using pre-snap motion and play action – two strategies that have been shown to boost passing efficiency.

On top of all that, Williams’ role in the offense expanded, and his deployment changed. Check the numbers:

        Weeks 1-9 Week 10
        Target Share 15% 20%
        First-Read Target Share 15% 25%
        Average Target Depth 15.0 10.3

A big increase in target share and a more reasonable aDOT. If that continues, it’ll lead to steadier weekly production.

The cherry on top for Williams is the remaining schedule. He gets a tough Week 11 draw in Philadelphia. But Detroit gets the easiest WR schedule from Weeks 12 through 17. And all six of those games will be played indoors.

I like Williams’ chances to produce as a top-24 fantasy WR the rest of the way. And we know he boasts week-winning upside.

        A Surprise Twist in L.A.

        Kevin English

        Headshot of Blake Corum

The Rams have traditionally finished near the bottom of the league in 13 personnel usage (1 RB, 3 TEs).

        That is, until 2025.

Per SumerSports, Los Angeles leads the NFL with a 17% play rate out of 13 personnel  – well ahead of the league-average rate (5%). They’ve really leaned into the trend of late, with 97 plays out of 13 in the past three games.

The Rams lead the NFL in EPA (or expected points added) out of this personnel grouping, too.

There’s no direct fantasy implication at the moment. You’re not starting TEs Tyler Higbee, Davis Allen, Colby Parkinson, or Terrance Ferguson (although the latter is enticing for dynasty formats).

Of course, Puka Nacua and Davante Adams will continue getting their schemed-up touches.

HC Sean McVay’s new wrinkle gives me added confidence that this offense can continue rolling down the stretch. Matthew Stafford – despite summer back concerns – hits the weekend as the fantasy QB6.

And as we noted this week, Blake Corum belongs on your fantasy roster.

        Stash Tyler Badie in PPR

        Shane Hallam

RJ Harvey will start this week after J.K. Dobbins suffered a foot injury last week. IR is "being considered" for Dobbins, according to The Denver Gazette's Chris Tomasson, so the injury will likely be multiple weeks.

Harvey will get the bulk of snaps, but the Broncos have used Badie as a receiving back consistently. He only has 2 carries, but 18 targets this year. He’s already gone above a 20% snap rate in five of his nine games this season.

HC Sean Payton obviously envisions Badie as a player who contributes enough to get snaps with Harvey and Dobbins on the sideline, so that should lead to more work with Dobbins out.

A few weeks ago, I highlighted how raw Harvey is as a rusher on film. If he falters, Badie could provide PPR value in the upcoming weeks. Stash him at the end of your roster.
