Browns QB Deshaun Watson has complied with the terms of his suspension and is on track to start Week 13's game against the Texans, ESPN's Adam Schefter reports. Next Sunday will mark exactly 700 days since Watson's last NFL game. He was allowed to return to the team facility on October 10 and has been allowed to practice for the past 2 weeks. Insider Albert Breer's "guess" is that the NFL's appeal of Deshaun Watson's suspension will result in a 10- or 12-game suspension. "I think it’s fair to guess that [Peter C.] Harvey will extend [the suspension]," Breer writes. "I don’t think the league would go to the trouble of filing the appeal if there weren’t real plans to extend the suspension." Breer believes we'll get a decision from Harvey by August 19.

Tony Rizzo of ESPN Cleveland says Browns QB Deshaun Watson may miss less than half the upcoming season as discipline for the mountain of sexual-misconduct allegations against him. "Right now, I'm hearing 4-6 games ... from reliable sources," Rizzo says. Watson has sunk into QB3 territory in best-ball tournament drafts on Underdog recently, with most people expecting a full-season suspension. If a mere 4-6 game ban materializes, he'd be a tournament-tilting value anywhere in that range. It's still tough to know, of course, just how much longer we'll have to wait to get the official word.
