Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quad) dodged IR, but NFL Network's Ian Rapoport hears that McLaurin will "likely" miss Week 10's game against the Lions. And he could also miss the following game against the Dolphins in Madrid, per Rapoport. Washington then gets a Week 12 bye. We'll keep you updated on McLaurin's status, but fantasy owners should be prepared to be without him until Week 13.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin suffered a setback with his quad injury in Monday night's loss to the Chiefs and is out for Week 9, HC Dan Quinn said Wednesday. McLaurin missed four weeks with this injury the first time, and players often miss more time with setbacks. That's just speculation -- and we'll look for more info on McLaurin's status -- but fantasy managers should plan to be without him beyond Week 9.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin is questionable to return to Monday night's game vs. the Chiefs with a quad injury. He, of course, had been sidelined since Week 3 with a quad injury before returning for this game. This is presumably an aggravation. Don't expect to see McLaurin back out there tonight with the Commanders down by 21. We'll update his status when we learn more. Washington hosts the Seahawks this Sunday night.

Commanders WRs Terry McLaurin (quad) and Deebo Samuel (heel) are off the final injury report and will play vs. the Chiefs on Monday night. Both guys were full participants in practice all week, so they should be ready for full workloads. They'll be catching passes from QB Marcus Mariota, though, against Kansas City's sixth-ranked WR defense. That has McLaurin and Samuel sitting in WR3 territory in the Week 8 rankings.

Commanders WRs Terry McLaurin (quad) and Deebo Samuel (heel) were full participants in Thursday's practice. That puts both guys on track to play vs. the Chiefs on Monday night. McLaurin has been sidelined since Week 3 and had gotten in just one limited practice since then (last Wednesday). Samuel has been battling this heel issue since Week 5 and sat out last Sunday's loss to the Cowboys. Both guys carry elevated risk coming off the injuries, but the full practices suggest they'll be ready for something close to their usual roles on Monday night. They're also facing a Chiefs defense that ranks sixth in adjusted fantasy points allowed to QBs and will be catching passes from QB Marcus Mariota. Consider both McLaurin and Samuel WR3s for Week 8.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quad) is out for Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys, HC Dan Quinn said. McLaurin returned to a limited practice on Wednesday, but that quad evidently didn't respond well. We'd consider him uncertain at best for Week 8. Washington's bye is not until Week 12. We'll see whether WR Deebo Samuel (heel) is available for Sunday's game. If not, the Commanders would be down to WRs Chris Moore, Luke McCaffrey, and Jaylin Lane.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quad) did not practice on Thursday. That follows a limited practice on Wednesday. We don't know if McLaurin suffered a setback or if this was a planned day off, but his availability for this weekend's game vs. the Cowboys remains uncertain. We'll update his status again tomorrow.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quad) got in a limited practice on Wednesday. It was his first practice since going down in Week 3. McLaurin seemingly has a chance to return for Sunday's game vs. the Cowboys, but we'll keep you posted on his status over the next few days.

Commanders WRs Terry McLaurin (quad) and Noah Brown (groin, knee) are out for Monday night's game vs. the Bears. HC Dan Quinn said early this week that he was "optimistic" about McLaurin's availability for this one, but he ended up missing all three practices. He remains without a concrete timetable for return. WR Chris Moore, Luke McCaffrey, and Jaylin Lane will continue to rotate behind Deebo Samuel vs. Chicago.

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quad) did not practice on Thursday. HC Dan Quinn said earlier this week that he was "optimistic" about McLaurin's chances of returning for Monday night's game vs. the Bears, but the missed practice today doesn't bode well. At this point, fantasy managers should not be counting on McLaurin in Week 6 starting lineups. We'll let you know if his outlook improves over the next couple of days.

The Commanders are “optimistic” that they’ll get WR Terry McLaurin (quad) back for Week 6, HC Dan Quinn said Monday. McLaurin has an extra day to get ready with Washington hosting the Bears on Monday night, although that could also put fantasy managers in a tough spot if he ends up questionable. We’ll keep you updated on McLaurin throughout the week.
