Terry McLaurin Out For Week 11

        8:09pm UTC 11/10/25

Commanders WR Terry McLaurin (quad) won't play vs. the Dolphins on Sunday morning, HC Dan Quinn said. McLaurin will at least travel with the team to Spain -- and then get a Week 12 bye. We'll see if he can make it back for Week 13's meeting with the Broncos. Robbie Chosen and Treylon Burks finished second and third among Commanders WRs in routes last week, ahead of Jaylin Lane and Chris Moore. Deebo Samuel is the only Washington WR that should be anywhere close to Week 11 fantasy lineups.

Update: Burks has also been ruled out for Week 11 after undergoing finger surgery.

Quinn: Terry McLaurin Unlikely To Play Week 10

        8:47pm UTC 11/3/25

Commanders HC Dan Quinn admitted Monday that WR Terry McLaurin (quad) is unlikely to play vs. the Lions this weekend. That's not a surprise after NFL Network's Ian Rapoport said Sunday morning that McLaurin could be out through the team's Week 12 bye. With WRs Noah Brown and Luke McCaffrey also out, Washington will be down to WRs Deebo Samuel, Chris Moore, Jaylin Lane, and Treylon Burks against Detroit -- catching passes from QB Marcus Mariota.

Luke McCaffrey Headed To IR With Broken Collarbone

        2:09pm UTC 11/3/25

Commanders WR Luke McCaffrey broke his collarbone in Sunday night's loss to the Seahawks and will be placed on IR, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. McCaffrey will "likely" miss the rest of the season, Rapoport adds. He can be dropped in all redraft leagues. It's another blow to a Washington WR corps that's missed Terry McLaurin and Noah Brown for much of the year. McLaurin could miss another couple of games, while Brown is out for at least one more. That leaves Deebo Samuel, Chris Moore, and Jaylin Lane as the team's top three WRs for this weekend's game vs. the Lions. Treylon Burks finished fourth among Commanders WRs in routes vs. Seattle after being elevated from the practice squad on Saturday.

Commanders Add Treylon Burks To Banged-Up WR Corps

        11:37pm UTC 10/16/25

The Commanders are signing WR Treylon Burks to their practice squad "with an elevation likely coming quickly," according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Burks broke his collarbone early in Titans training camp and was released a couple of days later. The 2022 first-round pick has had trouble staying on the field and hasn't been very productive when he has. Burks has totaled just 53 NFL catches, with over half of those coming in his rookie season. We're not optimistic about his chances of being a fantasy factor this year, although he at least lands in a strong offense that's dealing with multiple WR injuries. We'll keep an eye on Burks, but he's not worth adding to redraft rosters right now.

        Titans Waive Treylon Burks

        8:18pm UTC 7/28/25

The Titans waived injured WR Treylon Burks on Monday. He sustained a broken collarbone in practice on the 26th. The Titans will move forward with Calvin Ridley as the clear No. 1 WR, with Tyler Lockett, Van Jefferson, Elic Ayomanor, and Chimere Dike battling for targets.

Injury Hits WR Treylon Burks Again

        7:52pm UTC 7/26/25

Titans WR Treylon Burks fractured his collarbone during practice today. The former first-round pick in 2022 has disappointed so far in his NFL career, and this won't help. Though the injury won't end Burks' season, it does mean he will likely miss multiple weeks to start the season and may be a candidate for the PUP list. The Titans have signed WR Ramel Keyton as a replacement.

        Treylon Burks Had ACL Surgery

        3:59pm UTC 12/4/24

Titans WR Treylon Burks had surgery on his ACL, HC Brian Callahan revealed Wednesday. Callahan added that Burks' ACL was "loose" but not torn. We'll see exactly what that means for Burks' recovery timeline, but we'd expect him to miss at least part of the offseason. And his availability for the start of the 2025 campaign could be in question. Burks was in the midst of another disappointing season prior to the knee injury, totaling four catches in five games. 2025 is the final year of his rookie contract. There's not much dynasty value left here.

Treylon Burks Out For Week 7

        1:52pm UTC 10/18/24

Titans WR Treylon Burks (knee) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Bills. HC Brian Callahan said that Burks might wind up on IR with a knee injury that he apparently suffered in Wednesday’s practice. Burks has totaled eight targets in five games this season, so there’s very little fantasy impact here.

DeAndre Hopkins strained a knee in practice and "indications are he could miss four to six weeks," according to Titans beat writer Paul Kuharsky. He said it wasn't immediately clear when the injury occurred. ESPN's Turron Davenport shared a video of Hopkins going through individual drills with his left knee wrapped Wednesday afternoon.

Titans continue to beef up passing game, add Tyler Boyd

        1:58pm UTC 5/7/24

The Titans signed WR Tyler Boyd to a one-year deal worth up to $4.5 million, according to ESPN's Jeremy Fowler. Boyd is reuniting with new Titans HC Brian Callahan, who spent the past five seasons with Boyd in Cincinnati. Boyd went for a career-high 1,046 yards in Callahan's first season as Bengals OC back in 2019, but his yardage has declined each year since, bottoming out at 667 last year. Boyd's Pro Football Focus receiving grade has also been in decline. He ranked 63rd among 80 qualifiers last year.

Titans dramatically shifting offense with Calvin Ridley?

        5:17pm UTC 3/13/24

The Titans surprisingly landed WR Calvin Ridley on Wednesday with a four-year, $92 million deal, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. The pact includes $50 million guaranteed, adding Ridley to a WR corps that returns DeAndre Hopkins and Treylon Burks. That's probably the strongest collection of WR talent the franchise has had since moving from Houston to Nashville. And the Ridley move just might be the strongest sign that HC Brian Callahan's Titans plan to throw the ball quite a bit more than the Mike Vrabel version. Even big-money RB Tony Pollard brings more receiving pedigree than rushing. How will all these WRs fit together by target share? Burks figures to sit a clear third, barring some gigantic steps for him this summer. Ridley hasn't been as much of a target earner as Hopkins throughout their respective careers. So we'll likely favor Hopkins between them. But expect both veteran wideouts to garner shares of 20+%. As for scheme fit, Burks enjoyed quite a bit of success from the slot at Arkansas before arriving as a first-round pick. This will be a very interesting offense heading into the 2024 season. And the biggest individual winner might be QB Will Levis. He's available late in best ball drafts (QB27 Underdog Fantasy ADP) but can at least offer high weekly ceilings. There might be top-16 season upside to Levis. Check our best ball rankings for everyone's updated numbers.

        Brian Callahan named Titans HC

        9:20pm UTC 1/22/24

The Titans are set to hire Brian Callahan as their new HC, according to multiple sources. It'll be the 39-year-old's first HC gig. Callahan spent the past five seasons as Cincinnati's OC, leading the Bengals to top-13 finishes in total yards and points in 2021 and 2022. Cincinnati sunk to 22nd in yards and 16th in points this past year, due in large part to QB Joe Burrow missing 7.5 games. Callahan was a pass-leaning play caller, with four of his five Bengals offenses ranking top-12 in pass rate, including a trio of top-6 finishes. That means a big shift is coming in Tennessee, where the Titans never finished higher than 25th in pass attempts in six seasons under HC Mike Vrabel. Callahan's arrival is certainly good news for the fantasy upside on QB Will Levis, WRs DeAndre Hopkins and Treylon Burks, and TE Chig Okonkwo.

        Titans fire Mike Vrabel

        1:39pm UTC 1/9/24

The Titans fired HC Mike Vrabel. Tennessee went 41-24 over Vrabel's first four seasons, making the playoffs in 2019, 2020, and 2021. But the Titans won just 13 games total over the last two seasons and ranked bottom-5 in total offense both years. This offense might look a lot different in 2024, with a new coaching staff and potentially no Derrick Henry.

Treylon Burks questionable for Week 13

        8:31pm UTC 12/1/23

Titans WR Treylon Burks (concussion) is listed as questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Colts. He put in full practices on Thursday and Friday and should play for the first time since Week 9. Burks’ return is a boost for QB Will Levis, but Burks himself is not a viable fantasy play in his first game back.
