Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (ankle) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Bengals. Expect more snaps for WR DeAndre Hopkins, but he’d be a desperation fantasy play.
Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (ankle) is questionable for this weekend’s game vs. the Bengals. He was added to the injury report on Thursday and then didn’t practice Friday, which isn’t a good look. Bateman’s absence would likely mean a boost in playing time for WR DeAndre Hopkins, but he’d still fall short of fantasy viability.
Ravens WR Rashod Bateman (ankle) is out for Sunday’s game vs. the Browns. He’ll likely miss multiple games with his high-ankle sprain. We’ll see if Bateman’s absence means more snaps for WR DeAndre Hopkins, but he’d be a total flier in Week 11 fantasy lineups.
Ravens TE Isaiah Likely suffered a "small foot fracture" during Tuesday's practice, ESPN reports. The issue could keep him out into the early part of the regular season.
Update: Likely will have surgery this week to repair the broken bone in his foot and is tentatively expected to be sidelined for about six weeks, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Baltimore's season kicks off in 5.5 weeks.
The Ravens are signing WR DeAndre Hopkins to a one-year, $6 million deal, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport.
Chiefs RB Isiah Pacheco (rib) has been ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Broncos. He's expected to be ready for the team's playoff opener in a couple of weeks. QB Patrick Mahomes, RB Kareem Hunt, and TE Travis Kelce are listed as doubtful and won't play in this meaningless game. Don't expect WRs Xavier Worthy, DeAndre Hopkins, or Marquise Brown to play much, if at all.
Chiefs QB Carson Wentz will start this weekend's game vs. the Broncos, HC Andy Reid said Wednesday. QB Patrick Mahomes will get the day off after clinching the AFC's No. 1 seed last week. Other key contributors like RBs Isiah Pacheco and Kareem Hunt, WRs Xavier Worthy, Marquise Brown, and DeAndre Hopkins, and TE Travis Kelce also figure to be held out or limited against Denver. Try to avoid the Chiefs offense in Week 18 fantasy lineups. They're currently implied for only 14.75 points in Denver.
Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes (ankle) is not listed on the final Week 16 injury report and will start Saturday's game vs. the Texans. He was a full participant in practice all week. Reportedly dealing with a high-ankle sprain, it's safe to assume that Mahomes won't have his usual mobility against Houston. And he'd already been underwhelming in fantasy football, finishing outside the top-15 QBs in four of his last five games. Mahomes sits well outside QB1 territory in the Week 16 Rankings, but his availability is good news for the rest of Kansas City's offense.
The forecast for today’s Chiefs-Browns game calls for a 60% chance of rain with sustained winds of 15 mph and gusts up around 30 mph. That’s enough wind to impact the passing and kicking games. Throw in the likelihood of rain and we’re looking at tough conditions. We’ve bumped down our passing projections for both teams and would avoid the kickers from this game. Check out the updated Week 15 Rankings to see where all the Chiefs and Browns land.
Chiefs WR DeAndre Hopkins drew a team-high 9 targets in Sunday night's win over the Chargers and snagged the team's only TD. But he trailed rookie WR Xavier Worthy in routes, receptions, and receiving yards in a modest passing performance for the team.
Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes threw for 306 yards and 1 TD in a Week 13 win over Las Vegas. His 56.5% completion rate marked a season-low.

Chiefs WR DeAndre Hopkins erupted for 8 catches, 86 yards, and 2 TDs in a Week 9 win over Tampa Bay. After seeing a limited role in his K.C. debut, Hopkins’ usage noticeably increased against the Bucs.
Chiefs WR JuJu Smith-Schuster (hamstring) did not practice all week and is out for Monday night's game vs. the Bucs. Xavier Worthy, Justin Watson, DeAndre Hopkins, and Mecole Hardman operated as Kansas City's top four WRs last week, with all four seeing some snaps in the slot. Worthy and Hopkins both sit in WR3 range in the Week 9 Rankings.
Chiefs HC Andy Reid said Monday that WR DeAndre Hopkins should be ready to play more vs. the Bucs on Monday night. He ran a route on just 33% of pass plays in his debut last week, catching two of three targets for 29 yards.
Making his Chiefs debut, WR DeAndre Hopkins caught 2 of 3 targets for 29 yards in Week 8. As expected, he played a limited role. Hopkins ranked third among Chiefs WRs in snaps (23) and tied for third in routes run (14).
